# gtm:free > Free go-to-market tools through a REST API, generated SDKs, and an authenticated MCP server. Google Maps Scraper is the only available service. Sign up at https://gtmfree.com/account/ and verify your email before using tools. REST and SDKs use your personal API key; MCP uses browser-based OAuth login with your gtm:free account. Never send authentication-provider server secrets to the API. One active job per user per tool across all interfaces. Each accepted submission creates a new job. After a lost response, list your jobs before submitting again. MCP can retrieve results and exports without REST: use getJobResults with cursor pagination, then getJobExport for requested JSON/CSV/XLSX files. Decode content_base64 chunks in offset order and follow next_offset until null. Each chunk shares the account download allowance and connection limits. Discover countries and supported administrative levels with REST GET /api/v1/regions or MCP discoverRegions. Use country, level and load=true to index an available layer; cold loading returns region_loading with a retry delay while work continues. Default administrative global search covers only loaded subdivisions; preserve scope and complete. For cities worldwide, use kind=city and query (for example Munich or Lyon), then load one returned geonames ID with load=true. preview=true requires an ID. Inspect city.boundary_status; city level is null. City complete=true means the gazetteer snapshot was searched, not universal polygon coverage. Submit region={"id":city_id}; preserve GeoNames and OpenStreetMap attribution. Preview geometry is display-only; scraping uses the full municipal polygon. Submit an exact returned area ID or a qualified country/level/name; never guess IDs or silently choose ambiguous matches. Preserve geoBoundaries gbOpen attribution, original source/license notices and selected region metadata in results and exports. ## Documentation - [Google Maps Scraper](https://gtmfree.com/tools/google-maps-scraper/index.md): Targeting controls, polygon holes, seed points, coverage caveats, results and exports. - [About](https://gtmfree.com/index.md): Availability and account requirements. - [API and MCP guide](https://gtmfree.com/docs/index.md): Authentication, endpoints, job lifecycle, SDKs, and limits. - [OpenAPI 3.1 contract](https://gtmfree.com/openapi.json): Authoritative REST schemas, operations, responses, and limits. - [MCP server card](https://gtmfree.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json): Public tool schemas and OAuth requirement; does not grant execution access. - [Limits guide](https://gtmfree.com/docs/limits.md): Response headers, MCP metadata, costs, remaining allowances, and resets. ## Policies - [Terms of Use](https://gtmfree.com/terms/): Authorized jurisdictions, acceptable use, and service limitations.
